Building things that matter

b. 1986, HK.

Things you should know...

I am Robert Cornell. Colorado native and a software developer living in Denver, CO.  I have 3-years of web development experience (Rails/React) and more than 10 years of project management experience across multiple industries.

I am the Founder of Alkami, LLC, a small software development agency specializing in building things that matter and a Cofounder of Summit Seven Systems, LLC, a Breckenridge based software company where I manage the flagship application, CADWatch, a CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch) Incident Viewer for public safety agencies nationwide.

I consider myself a problem solver first and foremost and the hard to quantify skill set I have honed over the years is how I solve problems.

This skill set helps me to see problems better than most, see them from different angles and understand the business needs of any given solution before attempting to solve it.  This skill set also helps me to communicate with stakeholders across all parts of an organization, making me a hub for communication and a valuable asset to any team.

When I'm not coding I am generally working out, running and spending time with my kids, wife and dog and I have hair that can only be described as amazing.
